By using Launch Checklist at launch-checklist-cw5.pages.dev ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by Choppy Toast.

Launch Checklist is a free tool for informational and organizational purposes. You may use the Service for personal or professional use. You may not use the Service in ways that violate applicable laws or regulations.

3. No Professional Advice

Launch Checklist is not legal, security, accounting, or tax advice. The checklist items are general guidance based on common best practices for indie-hacker launches; they are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney, security professional, or qualified advisor. You are solely responsible for verifying what applies to your specific product, jurisdiction, and use case.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from use of the Service or from decisions made based on checklist items.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, design, and code of Launch Checklist are owned by Choppy Toast. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. Exporting your own checklist progress as Markdown is explicitly allowed.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service uses Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and Cloudflare. Their respective terms of service apply.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of South Korea, where Choppy Toast is operated. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
