Launch Checklist ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Choppy Toast. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our free pre-launch checklist at launch-checklist-cw5.pages.dev.

1. Information We Collect

Launch Checklist runs entirely in your browser. Your checklist progress is stored in your browser's localStorage and is never transmitted to our servers.

We use Google Analytics and Google AdSense, which may collect anonymous usage statistics (pages viewed, browser type, approximate location) and set cookies for advertising purposes. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics for privacy-friendly aggregate stats.

2. How We Use Information

Analytics data helps us understand which parts of the checklist are most used and where to improve. AdSense may display contextual or interest-based ads. We do not sell your information.

3. Cookies

Google Analytics and AdSense set cookies. You can opt out of personalized ads via Google Ad Settings. Most browsers also let you block cookies site-by-site.

4. Data Retention

Checklist progress lives in your browser until you clear it. Analytics data is retained per Google's policies (default 14 months).

5. Children's Privacy

Launch Checklist is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted here with a new "Last updated" date.
